header image – motif theme

  I’m using motif theme and trying to use a custom header by uploading a new image. currently the size of the header image is right but when I upload any new image, even with dimension 320×110 it uploads as a small image and doesn’t fit to the header. Also I do not get skip crop and publish as is option. Thanks!

  This also happened to me. The client liked this theme and wanted the header to span the entire area above the top menu bar. When I went to upload a clean logo and start my final process, it only appears small….I have contacted support directly. From other posts it looks as if this theme is newer and experiencing some bugs of sorts. I will let you know if I find anything out

  actually I have not. Somehow this is the only image that fit and if I try to use any other image it doesn’t work. Even uploading this same image didn’t work.
