Header image not appearing in storefront child theme

Hi,
I have just changed over to a storefront child theme and neither logos nor header images are appearing at the top of the page, despite being uploaded in the correct size etc. There is a search bar and cart icon, but nothing else.
Our site can be found at http://www.audioexcite.net.
I would greatly appreciate any help on this if you can please! :)

It looks like your site is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host. So I’m afraid that WordPress.com forum is not the right place post your question.
