Header Image not changing
-
Hi,
I am currently using the dyad theme for my site. When trying to upload a new header image, and then cropping to fit, it is not changing to that particular image. Even after refreshing the page and re uploading the same image it does not appear to show up on my site.
Could you please help or give me some insight as to why this is happening?
Thank you

The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multi user software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes
Every theme has a detailed theme description page and this one is at https://wordpress.com/themes/dyad/ That’s where set up instructions for it are found. The live demo site is at https://dyaddemo.wordpress.com/
All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/
Search for custom header and/or images there
results https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-header-image/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
To use the customizer see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/
Dyad’s main header image https://wordpress.com/themes/dyad/ is overridden by any featured images that have been set on a post or a page. See here https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/
