Header image not changing

  Hi there,

  Whenever I try to change my header image it stubbornly keeps as the previous one I want to change.

  Hoe can I fix this?

  In this case, it might be caused by your browser. Please kindly try to clear your browser cache and try changing the header image again.

  Hiya,

  Thank you so much for the suggestion.

  I tried clearing cookies and cache, as well as going through the link you sent over and trying all of those suggestions, but nothing seems to be working.

  Do you know of anything else that could help?

  Hi Jenny, I see a black and white image with a road right now as your custom header image. If that is not the one you wish to use, can you give me a URL to the image you wish to use, or describe it so that I can see what I can do to get this figured out for you?
