Header Image not displaying

  I am having difficulty getting the header image to display on my blog (www.theinsurancegearhead.com) . I have the image selected and cropped appropriately and it previews just fine, but for some strange reason it will not display the image on the header. I have tried using both the stock images and my custom image that I uploaded, still no luck. Is there sometime I am not enabling for the header image to display?

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
