Header Image not displaying. Just shows grey image and dimensions.

  Hi, I am trying to add a header image on WordPress but am unable to. I tried using different images and different themes but the same problem keeps occuring. The header image just displays a grey background with dimensions text on it saying 1920 x 1279. Please help with any resolutions.

  What’s your site address (URL)? Are other images visible on the site?
