Header image not showing

  I’m not sure if I accidentally changed a setting that caused this but when I upload an image as a header or logo it no longer displays on the page. I know it’s not a problem with the file size/type because I’ve tried uploading much smaller files and sizes and they still won’t show. I’m using the Ocean WP theme. I’d appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thanks in advance!
