Header image not showing as link on FB post

  When I posted a link to my blog, the header image does not show, just the title and link, surrounded by a box that I assume would surround the Header image. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance for any help. My blog is: http://thugbrarianreview.wordpress.com/
