Header image not the right size
-
I uploaded a new header image on my blog. The customizer indicated that it should be 720 x 328. I created it in canva using just those dimensions. I doublechecked several times to be sure it is the correct image before I upload it. However, every time I try, the image is way short. I am attempting to hide the polka dots that are in my header and instead just want the image that has the peonies, the circle with my blog title, and the chandalier. Can someone help by telling me what I’m doing wrong. My website is http://www.attheheartofhome.com

Hi,
Your blog is using a third party theme on top of WordPress.org.
This forum is for WordPress.com, which is different from WordPress.org in many ways. More about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Since you’re using a paid theme that likely came with free support, I’d recommend you contact the theme author directly, and they will be happy to help you with this.
