Header image not uploading on downloaded theme

  I can’t figure out why my header isn’t working on my site. I downloaded a theme, and it was working then… except the one I tried to upload was wonky b/c the dimensions were not right so I created a new one….. but now it says it’s uploaded, but when I refresh my page, there’s nothing there.

  Any help would be appreciated, thanks so much.
