Header Image on MOBILE view is too big

  I have tried adding additional CCS and nothing works!
  on other forums I saw to try adding

  
  @media screen and ( max-width: 800px ) {
  #masthead.site-header {
  background-size: auto 100%;
  }
  }

  which I have and nothing changes.

  Help me PLEASE !!
