Header Image, post image issues.

    Hi there,

    Im just setting up a website for my partners new business venture and have encountered a few issues. This is my first time doing so, and its a little confusing to say the least, although I have managed to use CSS codes to change some things already.

    Ok to the problem, I am using “Hemingway rewritten” and would like my main header image to stay the same for all posts and pages. I understand I can change this via customization options but I would like the featured Image to display above the post on my articles page. If possible I would also like a featured image to appear above pages when you click them from the menu but again I have the same issue. If I stop the Image showing in my header it also disappears from the page/post (first one anyway)

    I’m sorry if I am missing something obvious as I said I am very new to this, but any help would be appreciated.

    WordPress.COM is a multi user blogging platform with off the shelf themes and it’s aimed for use by those who do not code. Each theme is uniquely designed. We wordpress.com bloggers do not have access to the template files underlying our themes and we cannot edit them, as our blogs share a common architecture, and as all blogs wearing the same theme use the same underlying template, found on the live demo site for each theme.

    The way your theme is designed to function and the features it has are found at that’s where the live demo site link is also found. We cannot change how any theme functions. We can do some CSS editing to change appearance only if we have the required upgrade and are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site and paid for the upgrade.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I apologise for posting in the section, I didn’t even see the CSS customisation ( I got here just from searching for solutions)

    We have already upgraded to premium, and I have implemented some CSS code.

    Thanks I,ll go post over there then and see if what I require is even possible.
