header image problem

  • Unknown's avatar

I am trying to upload a new header image that contains a logo in the center. I sized it correctly but when I upload it, the logo gets cut off at the bottom. It doesn’t seem to matter how much I resize it, the bottom of the logo is still cut off. Is there a way to fix this? Is this a limitation of the free version of wordpress?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey there!

What is the URL for the website you are having this issue with? I do not see a header image/logo with this issue on gguaccountingclub.wordpress.com.

Let us know and we will gladly take a look:)

    Cheers

  • Hi there,

The problem is also that your theme has the content area partially overlap the header image. The only way to prevent that from happening is to add custom CSS to your theme, and you’ll need the Premium or Business Plan to do that.

@codekmyta, the reason you’re not seeing the image is because the changes have only been saved as a draft in the Customizer, not published live on the site yet.
