Header image problem "comment" requires log-in. (2 topics)
-
I have uploaded a post to my blog site but the header is wrong. Instead of the one I have uploaded specifically as a heasder it uses a cropped version of the pic in the post. I have tried re-setting the header image setting but it makes no difference.
Also, someone has tried clicking on the “comment” button but was taken to a log-in page, and was unable to make a comment without logging in. Is that correct?

Header image is 600 in width and 126 in height for the theme you are using, if you are trying to use a larger image, it will crop it automatically.
Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
Uncheck the required lines under “Other comment settings” if you want people without WordPress accounts to comment.

Re: Header Image – no that’s not the problem. The problem is that with one particular post the header images is a cropped version of the image in the post and not the one I specifically uploaded for a header. In the other posts everything seems fine.
Re: Comments – I’ve tried that and will see how it goes.
Many thanks for your help.
