Header image repeating itself, showing extra border

  Hi, For some reason my custom header image is not showing up normally. You’ll see what I mean if you look at http://roadgoing.wordpress.com/ Why the extra pixels at the sides/top? I only just fixed it after the system dumped the custom header for the default one.

  Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

  It looks like a size problem. Check here for maximum header image sizes.

  Which themes can I add a header image to?

  [edit: although I’m not sure if this is why you are getting a double-image]

  Thanks, thesacredpath. But the image hasn’t changed, it’s always been 760 by 200 pixels, to fit kubrick, it just suddenly started the new thing. Is there another size thing that could affect it, like the width of the box the picture is in? I haven’t altered the default CSS at all.

  Now that the custom header images are back, I noticed this on mine as well. Will report in the thread that Barry was in.

  Kubrick was the only theme that was updated. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=15678&page&replies=4#post-115286
  Perhaps your blog header was negatively impacted during the upgrade. I see that Barry has been working hard to help with the header issue https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=15715

  As staff do monitor these threads I believe they will take note of your problem and correct it. If the problem still persists you can use the “support” link on the admin side of your blog to report it to staff.

  One thing to remember is that there is no www in your blog address, it is just http://giventoscore.com .

  I don’t see a double image with FF 2.0.0.6

  Yes I see a double image problem on this custom header on the Kubrick theme just like thesacredpath does and with the same browser. Yesterday Barry and Joseph were working on correcting the same kind of problems. Staff do monitor these threads so I would recommend waiting for awhile.

  All problems with Kubrick should be resolved. If you are still having problems with your blog, please try a Shift + Reload and if that doesn’t help, please contact support from the upper right side of your blog’s admin area.
