Header Image Resize

  Hi, I’m working on a parament Child theme.

  1)Is there any way in which i could resize the header image (Branding, i believe it is coded as), according to variable device sizes.

  Setting width and max-width to ‘%’ is not helping……

  2) Also, is there any way i can make the nav-old and nav-new tags to fetch the posts of the same category, its essential as the blog is a multi-author blog.
