Header Image Title (Tooltip in header)

    The JPG file I’m using in my header won’t display it’s title when I hover over it. The same JPG DOES display it’s title when not in the header.

    Is there a way to make the header’s image show it’s title when hovering over the image? I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme.

    No, there is no way that I know of to do that since the image code is in the theme PHP script files, so there is no way to add a title attribute.
