Header image will not change

I am trying to change my header image. I uploaded an image and the settings on the left show it as the header. I saved and published, but the image displaying on my site did not change.

I know how to change the image. The problem is the changes I have made are not being applied to the final product.

Could you walk us through, which image are you trying to replace, and what are you expecting it to be, are you trying to edit some image settings, managing the size, which is not working? Are you looking to crop or scale it?
