Header image will not update

  Hello,

  I just started a wordpress site, and of course the first thing I wanted to do was update the look. So, I uploaded a picture as a custom header. I hit save, it flashes, but the stock header image remains (that darn anonymous NYC skyline). Please help, this is so frustrating. Why can’t I upload my own header image??
