Header Image won't change

  I have tried a couple themes but when i upload and set a custom header image, it doesn’t change away from the stock image. any ideas?

  Abstract and decorative background images will work best as Custom Header images. The recommended header size for Gateway is 2560 pixels wide by 640 pixels high.
