Header image won't show selected image

  I’ve trued uploading a new image for my Header image and it won’t change. It just remains the default image.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, thanks for replying but I can’t see where to turn off the Featured Image Manhattan. This is my first time using wordpress and it’s really confusing
