Header image won't upload?

    We have been trying to upload a header image and nothing is working, we’ve changed the size to the exact size needed but still nothing is working. As soon as we select the image and click upload the box which the image destination is shown in goes blank. Then if we click it a few more times a window will come up saying that there was no photo uploaded. Any ideas on what the problem is?

    Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

    If that does not work, what browser and browser version are you using?

    Have you tried a different browser to see if it is browser related?
