Header in Selecta

    I am using the Selecta theme and am having problems getting my entire picture in the header to show. How do I change the size of the actual header (instead of my picture). The default size is 940 by 150, but I need the height to be larger (maybe 200). I purchased the CSS so I could make changes but am not sure how to proceed.
