header information error

  My site merely shows the message ‘Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/31/10299231/html/wp-content/plugins/simple-google-adsense-par-jm-crea/index.php:154) in /home/content/31/10299231/html/wp-login.php on line 431’

  Unfortunately this happened after I attempted to add an adsense code to the site. Yes, I know the .com site will not host adsense and that is why I feel the best way to resolve this issue will be to export the content and repost it once I have restarted the blog with a wordpress.org blog tool.

  My problem now is that any attempt I make to log into the site is interrupted by the ‘header information error message above’.

  Any ideas?
