Header is broken

  Hi,

  For some reason, every time I attempt to change something on my header – it doesn’t respond to anything. I’ve attempted to change the logo from the default on the shopkeeper theme to my personal logo multiple times with no avail. Even when I try to change the header background colour, or font colour, nothing changes!!! It’s extremely frustrating. It reloads the page and then it looks the same as it did before, even after I have changed things and hit publish!

  This was happening on another theme Astra as well, but I thought it was broken since it was a free theme. I paid $71 for this shopkeeper theme and it’s still bugging out!

  I’m not sure if there is something wrong with my website. Please help! My header seems to be broken.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support for your theme directly for help with this.
