Header isnt changing

  I cant seem to figure out where the setting is to change my current header as it is not where I suspected.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can set a header image as follows :

  – Go to My Site > Customize > Header Image
  – Select Header Image
  – Click on Activate and Publish to save changes.
