Header issue, will not display correctly in Firefox, ok in IE

    Hi can someone please hlep I’ve been readin posts and trying things but i’m really at wits end. I can’t get the header on standbyiran.org to work properly on IE and firefox, it works right now in IE but not firefox, can anyone give me some new ideas?
