Header location in 2012 theme

  Is it possible to place my web header above the menu bar in my blog? So far I can only place it below the menu. The blog I need help with is http://www.bydelana.com

  If this is a feature of an upgrade I would like to know.

  By default, that is where the theme is coded to put the header–below the menu. You may be able to move it by working with the CSS, but you’ll need to buy the upgrade (and I have no CSS experience, so don’t take my word for it).
