Header Media URL

Hi,
I’m using Catch Starter free version from WordPress and I would like to understand about the header media URL link that goes with the header media tex and how to use it. I’m talking about the last two things on the customising header media page after header video and header image.
I’ve set the page to open the link in a new page/window and I want it to display a video introducing myself from my youtube page. However, when I click on the media text the page doesn’t open and the icon is locked! Is it because the URL link is not accepted? What sort of URL link can I have in that option?
There’s no instruction or examples on your site about header media URL (a ton on header image issues though). Please advise how I can make use of header media URL OR get rid of both header media URL and text links as I don’t see the point to have a continue reading or visit header media text box below may tagline that will redirect people to my website’s start page when clicked.

The Catch Starter theme appears to be used on sites using the self-hosted version of the WordPress software from WordPress.org which is a different platform.
