Header menu display
-
Hello,
I have various navigation menus that are displayed in the side bar (recipes, cocktails, etc.). However, when I try to move the menu to be displayed on the header, it lists each post separately instead of a menu with the posts listed under it. How can I fix this? I like the sidebar view when viewing on a computer, but when via on a phone, I want the different menus to be displayed in the header to make it easier to navigate. Thanks! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The theme setup instructions for your theme are at https://wordpress.com/theme/button-2
Note the Custom Menus section there.Button 2 supports a Header menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ for your site’s main navigation, and a Social Links menu in the sidebar.
Only dynamic category pages https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/ will automatically display all published posts that you have assigned to that specific category.
The first step is to edit posts and add categories to them.
By default the front page of a blog displays all published posts in reverse chronological order with the most recently published post on top. When we publish a post on WordPress software the software automatically creates the same entry in the Archives, and on the dynamic (automatically updating) Categories and Tags pages in accord with the Categories and Tags we assign to that post.
Organizing posts
Dynamic category pages https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/ created by the software when we assign categories to posts are also not the same as static pages https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ we create. You can create a custom menu and include multiple dynamic category pages that automatically display the published posts assigned to the specific categories in reverse chronological order.
Please see https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/Assign categories to posts. https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories
