Header menu drop down boxes work a quarter of the time

I was recently making some changes to the code and my mouse went wonkie on me. I’m afraid it moved something around in the code because the drop down menus were working great before a few days ago. I just cannot figure out what went wrong. I would be grateful for any help you could offer. Thanks in advance!

WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and different versions of themes with same names.
