header moves when scrolling down

Hi all, with this theme the header moves down when scrolling down the pages. It’s fancy but annoying when it’s covering the other headers. How can I stop this? Thanks for your help.

The scrolling header is a feature of the Coutoire theme https://wordpress.com/theme/coutoire You can also check this out on the theme’s demo site: https://coutoiredemo.wordpress.com/
There’s no option to fix that header in place without upgrading to a plan that includes the ability to edit your theme’s CSS.
But I don’t see that the scrolling header is interfering on your site’s front page or in the single post view here, but only on your designated blog page, which also looks to be a static page rather than the usual Posts page (a reverse chronological listing of posts).
Have you thought about using the usual Posts page instead for your blog? If so, unpublish (revert to draft) your current Blog page and publish an empty Page called Blog or Journal or Posts. Then open up your Customizer and in the Homepage Settings, under Posts page, select the blank Posts page you’ve published. Then save your changes.
