  Hello,

  This is the Site Title, you can access General Settings in the WP Admin dashboard, you can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin)

  Next select General Settings -> Settings. The first setting you will see is “Site Title” The Site Title is displayed in the title bar of a web browser and is displayed in the header for most themes.
