Header Not Displaying on Tablet Devices (Blocksy + Elementor Free)

    Hi there,

    I’m running into a frustrating issue and could really somebody’s guidance.

    I’m using the free version of Elementor along with the free Blocksy theme. My site looks great on desktop and mobile, but on tablet devices the entire site header disappears — across all pages, not just the homepage.

    Here’s what I’ve tried and observed so far:

    • The header shows up fine on desktop (full screen and resized) and on mobile.

    • When previewing the tablet view in Elementor or using an actual tablet, the header is completely missing — not just hidden or collapsed.

    • I’ve checked the Customizer > Header Builder, and all visibility settings appear to be set to “Show” on all devices.

    • I’ve made sure nothing is conditionally hidden in Elementor, and that no custom code (including WPCode snippets) is disabling it.

    • I also noticed that in tablet view, some content on my homepage (heading text and buttons) shifts far to the left or out of place, and there’s excessive spacing between sections — which could be related.

    Is there a known issue with tablet visibility or layout behavior in Blocksy when paired with Elementor (free version)?

    Do I need to adjust settings somewhere deeper in Blocksy’s layout or responsive options?

    Any advice or best practices would be much appreciated — I’m not sure what else to try at this point.

    We can’t help with third party plugins as Elementor or third party themes as Bloksy; you must contact their support.
