Header not showing up
-
Good morning. I updated my blog (mediaphyter.wordpress.com) last night and uploaded a customer image header. It showed up last night when I went to bed and now it is no longer showing up. It shows up in preview but not on the blog itself. Help?

You have customized your CSS. Once you customize the CSS, the custom header image upload feature no longer works. You have to code the header image URL directly into the CSS.

Gah, is there any way to un-customize the CSS? I don’t want my money back — just my header. :-)

I see what you mean. Looking at the source code, it is supposed to be showing the following header image:

If you change your CSS as shown below (height) and then make your image 760 x 142 everything should work. I would also suggest using the full URL of your image.
#headimg { background:#7D8B5A url(files/2008/01/070107_35.jpg) repeat-y scroll center; height:142px; margin:2px 0pt 0pt 10px; width:760px;If you want to remove the custom CSS, open the CSS edit window and then delete everything from the window, click the “add to existing stylesheet and then click save. Try what I suggested above first though.
