Header not showing up

Haven’t upgraded (as far as I know.) Using one of the custom headers listed and had uploaded an image last year. The image has disappeared and now when I try to upload I just see a black space with the crop features showing – no image. Help! Thanks.

What kind of image are you uploading? As in: jpeg, bmp, png, etc? And how big a file is it? Also, do you have the custom CSS upgrade?

It’s a .jpg, 1.51 MB and no, don’t have the CSS upgrade. This image worked fine a few months ago, as well as other .jpg files I’d posted. All gone now. Thanks.

Have you looked under manage > uploads and browsed through them to see if you can find the images?

I’m having the same problem. It the header won’t appear in Firefox, tho no problem with IE. And its not just the header, its all images I upload and I am having trouble viewing them with Browse All under Manage Uploads.

I am having the same issue. Every time I edit our custom CSS, the header disappears from the site, which should have nothing to do with the CSS. Why is this happening and how do I prevent this in the future because I may want to edit our CSS again? Thank you

Once you edit the CSS, your custom header image loses it’s link. You have to put the link to the header in the new CSS. Once it’s in the CSS, unless you take that portion of the CSS out, or edit the header link out, it should stay there.
