Header not showing up

  http://momandchildcare.com/

  my blog header is not showing up. I’m using gazette themes. In my wp admin theme settings I upload my logo. When I try to preview I can see it http://momandchildcare.com/wp-admin/customize.php. In actual http://momandchildcare.com/ I can’t see the logo.

  Where is the problem could be?
