Header not updating when published

  I want to change the header on my site… I edit it under themes, customize but when published it doesn’t change.
  
  Below is a screen shot when I try and change (I did publish after screen shot taken) but if you look at site now.. it is still showing the same font in the header as before.
  
  I don’t have any cache plugin’s. What else can I do?

  I have checked your screenshot, and the URL of the screenshot layout is not the same as your provided URL.

  The URL from your screenshot is https://movementtherapydorset.com/. In this site’s menu, the font family is Poppins. Here is a screenshot for your reference.

  

  Also, you have provided this website URL: https://pilatesperformancetherapy.wordpress.com/, where the font family is not Poppins.
