Header on blog page?

Dear WP geniuses!
I’ve recently changed theme to ‘Goran’ – somehow it does not show the header on the home page (currently called ‘BLOG’), I would love to learn how to put the header in the (non static) front page as well (as it shows in the other pages such as ‘chris’ or ‘works’ etc.. )- or is this impossible?

By now I managed to change the ‘front’ page (making it a static one) – the ‘blog’ one however still doe snot have the header.. if you’d know how to go about this I would be very grateful :)

Thanks for clarifying the current situation!
The blog page on Goran does not allow for a header image. Take a look at the theme’s demo:
https://gorandemo.wordpress.com/blog/You’ll notice all pages but the blog page contain a header image.
Due to the code for this theme, there isn’t a way to add an image to the blog page header.
