Header on frontpage
-
Hi, I would like the front page to show a different header (different from the other pages), but it seems like I can only set the header image for the entire site. Can I at least hide the header on the front page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, I think that is a limitation of that theme (unless someone else knows otherwise?), unless you use some custom CSS, which is only an option if you are a premium/business plan subscriber, you could enquire in the custom-css forum section:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization
to check it is possible before you made any decision regarding upgrade if that is a suitable solution for you.https://en.support.wordpress.com/plan-features/

Hi there – looks like you already have access to custom CSS. You can set a different header image for the homepage like this:
/* Hide default custom header on the homepage */ .home .wp-custom-header img { visibility: hidden; } /* Add a different custom header on the homepage */ .home .custom-header { background-image: url(https://umbraetluxnet.files.wordpress.com/2017/11/cropped-cropped-umbraetlux.gif); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; }Replace the URL
https://umbraetluxnet.files.wordpress.com/2017/11/cropped-cropped-umbraetlux.gifwith the actual path to the header image you would like. -

Hi all,
I have this theme on a business account. Can someone please tell me the css to make the header slide show on the front page only! When I try other ones from the internet it cuts off the menu!
