Header only scrolling on one page

  Hi guys & girls,

  I can’t for the life of my figure out how to get the header to shrink on scroll. I’ve taken over this page from someone else and changed the format of the header and it was working but then after editing some content on the page with elementor I can’t get the header to shrink again on the home page. It does still shrink on CENA page but not home, is anyone able to provide any help for this issue at all please?

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
