header overlaps first blog

  I am new to this and added a blog to my page. In desktop view, the black header overlaps the title for the first blog. I have looked all over trying to figure out how to add some break lines and move it down, to no avail.

  Please advise

  It looks like the 9 – 11 flag jpg top left is causing the problem. You’ll need to carefully read your theme instructions. https://wordpress.com/theme/port/
