  hello, i have tried multiple times now to change my header to a different picture, but the site isn’t letting me. I know how to do it and have done it before.

  Abstract and decorative background images will work best as Custom Header images. The recommended header size for Gateway is 2560 pixels wide by 640 pixels high. https://wordpress.com/themes/gateway/
