The picture on my header has stopped loading and when I tried to re upload it it said it can’t be processed, can this be fixed because the picture really suites my blog
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The header image size is 1000 px x 288 px and you upload it here > Appearance > Header
These are the accepted file types:
.jpg/.jpeg
.gif
.png

the file a JPEG and is 480 by 480 (which was showing fine on the page last night until it disappeared) my browser is chrome 29, still need help sorry ( I really want that picture haha)

Is this a new restriction I don’t understand why it let me do it previously but not now??

You could accept the reality that images which are not correctly sized as per the theme design requirements will disappear.
