header photo and audio option not there

  Hi,

  I bought the Promenade Theme from wordpress.com a few days ago and it is really hard to understand. It doesn´t seem to have ANY of the design features I have spent a lot of money on!!

  Please help:

  1. I would like to put a big header photo which appears on every page (preferably as a slideshow of different photos), like you see in the Promenade theme preview. How?

  2. I would like to insert a drop down audio play button just underneath the header photo, like in the Promenade theme preview again. How?

  3. On the Promenade theme preview it shows the home page with different boxes of text/information which link to different pages on the site, within the main text body. How do I make use of this feature?
