Header Photo appears to be corrupted in the process of changing my header.

  I had a logo designed for my wordpress site. The file is a JPEG, and has been uploaded to wordpress. However every time that I attempt to set that JPEG file as my header photo, it scrambles the photo and won’t let me go any further. This is what happens.
