header photo in cutline

  Can anyone, in three sentences, tell me how to size an image for the header photo in cutline.

  The cropped photo appears enlarged in the header, which made me look for some sort of resolution tool to fix, but of course there is none. Do I have to edit this in CSS or can it be cropped accurately another way?

  The blog linked to your username is this one http://newzho.wordpress.com/ and it’s displaying the default theme called Kubrick. is this the blog in question? Or are you referring to another blog?

  Image optimization and presizing does not require any CSS editing at all. You can use either a free desktop program or a free online program to create a header that’s optimized and is the correct size.

  However, do note that if you do CSS edit a theme then you can no longer be able use the wordpress.com image uploader. You will have to upload the header image and then link to it in the CSS stylesheet.
