  Can I use any header picture from Internet ?, how will I know it’s not copyrighted.

  All header images must be uploaded into your Media library
  Know that the vast and overwhelming majority indexed and found in Google’s image cache are under copyright and you cannot just help yourself to images there without violating copyright. It’s your responsibility to determine if there are terms for use or not.
