header picture change

sorry i did a search and turned up nothing but i was wonder how i pute pictures in the backround or a new header picture instead of the ones given just wondering if its possible to change them

Not possible unless using either kubrick or regulus (kubrick give color choices, regulus has other header graphics).

what do i have to buy to get or be able to make my own headers and backround colores
and what adress will i be able to find them

In order to do that you have to download the software itself from wordpress.org, and have a domain name hosted on a server somewhere.
