Header Picture – Make Smaller / Codes?

    Hello, I uploaded a personalized header, but it’s too big. I set it ‘as is’ w/o cropping, but would prefer it be the standard header size. I’ve perused some of the other topics on this, but it’s overwhelming and not sure how to use ‘codes’. Help? Thank you.
